numpy and pandas installation
First install easy_install and pip, then it's super easy.
pip install wheel
pip install The downloaded whl file
pip install pandas
download addresshttp://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#numpyBecause
my computer is 64-bit, python2.7 version, so choose the downloaded numpy -1.11.1+mkl-cp27-cp27m-win_amd64.whl, cp27 refers to version 2.7
