 Single chip system

MCUSYS is the subsystem in MT6783 /6785 responsible for running the operating system and applications. It consists of two different CPUs, six Cortex-A55 cores and two Cortex-76 cores and offers different levels of power efficiency and computing power to meet a wide range of system power and performance requirements. Power efficiency of six small cores (C is specially optimized for Ortex-A55) to minimize power consumption in everyday usage scenarios and lightweight applications. For performance-driven applications, two powerful cores (Cortex-76) handle the heavy lifting and provide the best user experience in these scenarios.

MCUSYS supports DVFS technology, which allows the CPU to run under different frequency and voltage configurations to meet different application requirements. With the exception of DVFS, each CPU core's power can be turned off individually when not in use. In standby mode, MCUSYS can be completely shut down, further saving power and optimizing battery usage on mobile devices.
