MT6139 functional block diagram and pin description:

2 Function description

2.1 Receiver

The receiver includes quad-band low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), RF quadrature mixers, on-chip channel filters, programmable gain amplifiers (PGA), and DC offset calibration (DCOC) loops. Adding a factory AM calibration procedure ahead of time, The IIP 2 of the MT6139 can reach at least 50 dBm in all bands. Fully integrated channel filters suppress interference and block signals. There are no external components.

2.2 Transmitter

The transmitter consists of BB I/Q filter, I/Q modulator, frequency divider and buffer amplifier. The BB I/Q signal is fed into an RC low pass filter to reduce out-of-band noise. The I/Q modulo TOR is responsible for converting the BB I/Q signal to the TX output frequency.

2.3 RF Frequency Synthesizer

2.4 Voltage Control Crystal Oscillator

2.5 Regulator

The MT6139 has built-in internal regulators to provide low noise, stable, temperature and process independent supply voltages for key blocks in the transceiver. There are three kinds of regulators in MT6139 , for VCO core circuit, Sigma-Delta modulator and VCXO circuit respectively. The first modulator with only one output is fed to the Sigma-Delta modulator.
