MT6323 chip data_specification_datasheet analysis description

We have shared a lot of information about MediaTek's chip information. This time I shared some information about MT6323. It seems that I have also shared other information about MT6323 before. The specific and detailed information can be downloaded in the hacker.com technical forum. All the information, MediaTek The problem with the chip can also be discussed here: 613377058

Overview

MT6323 is a power management system chip optimized for 2G/3G mobile phones and smartphones, especially based on MediaTek MT6572 system solution. MT6323 contains 3 Buck converters and 24 LDOs, which are optimized subsystems for specific 2G/3G/Smartphones

The MT6323 provides a 0.7W to 8Ω mono, high-efficiency class AB/D audio amplifier and indicator flexible LED driver for various applications. It supports up to 4 channels of LED independent control. Flexible controls include: Registration Mode, PWM Mode, and Breathing Mode

Advanced controls are available for power up, battery charging and RTC alarms. The MT6323 is optimized to maximize battery life. It allows the RTC circuit to run for hours without the battery. The battery charger in the MT6323 supports Li-Ion batteries and provides pre-charge indication. The charger input voltage can be up to 10V and allows USB charging also

MT6323 uses SPI interface and SRCLKEN control pin to control Buck converter, LDO, AB/D stage, various drivers and chargers. In addition, it also provides enhanced security control protocol for handshake with BB.

Charger detection

The charger detector will stop charging whenever an invalid charging source ( >7.0V) is detected. Deal with it immediately to avoid burning out the chip or even the phone. Also, if the charger is not at a high enough level (<4.3V), the charger will also be disabled to avoid improper charging.

charge control

While charging, the charge controller will complete the loading and unloading stages of the loading and unloading stages. Battery Status. In the charger, the battery voltage is a control. Toreador pre-load mode (VAT < 3.2v, pmic power - off State), CC mode (constant current < 4.2V in the range of 3.2v) and CV mode (constant voltage) in pre-load or fashion mode

Method: Optimize the charging procedure of Li-ion battery. See the face below for the Consignment USA slideshow.

BC1.1 without power support

MT6323 also supports dead battery state BC1.1. These specs protect against low-battery charge through timers and trickle charging. Once the battery voltage is below 2.2V, a trickle current (IUnit) will be applied to the battery.

If the battery voltage is still below 2.2V after applying trickle , the charger will be disabled. On the other hand, once the battery voltage rises above 2.2V, the charger will enter the Prec1 stage and the charging current will be 70ma or 300ma, depending on the charging port.
